I have experienced many different forms of trauma over my life, and I’m finally at the point in which I feel like I can share about this.  I have been trying to hide some things for a long time because I was ashamed, but it’s time to let it out.  I’m not ashamed because I did nothing wrong!

I am starting EMDR soon to work through the things that I’ve been through.  I’m hopeful about it because I’ve heard that it works very well!
